This week, Poplar class once again enjoyed an adventurous morning in the forest, where they engaged in a variety of exciting activities. children eagerly built huts from branches and leaves, showcasing their resourcefulness and teamwork.
They climbed trees, pushing their boundaries and gaining confidence as they reached new heights. Their vivid imaginations transformed the forest into a magical playground where they became chefs, pirate ship captains, and tunnel makers exploring hidden realms and reaching places all around the world. This imaginative play allowed them to not only explore their creativity but also to learn about the world in a fun and engaging way.
The children also took part in an obstacle course designed to build trust and foster strong, supportive relationships among classmates. The children encouraged and helped one another, developing a sense of camaraderie and teamwork bringing us back to our value for this term ‘We build relationships based on trust.’
