On Saturday, a group of our children proudly represented our school at the Mini London Marathon and what a fantastic day it was!
The children took part in a one-mile course through the heart of London, with all of them sprinting, jogging, or walking their way to the finish line. Whatever pace they chose, every child gave 100% effort, showing incredible determination, energy, and enthusiasm.
It was truly inspiring to watch them support one another, with cheers, encouragement, and high-fives along the way. Their teamwork and sportsmanship were a real highlight of the day and reflected the values we are so proud of at our school.
The atmosphere was electric, filled with excitement and pride from both the children and the adults who came to support. For many of the children, it was their first time taking part in such a large event, and they rose to the challenge brilliantly.
All of our participants made it to the finish line with huge smiles – a wonderful achievement and a memory that we are sure will stay with them for a long time! To celebrate their fantastic efforts, every child went home proudly wearing their very own medal to remember the day!
