Today, we celebrated the 125th anniversary of our wonderful school – and what a celebration it was! Thank you to Fr Eugene and Fr Robert for a very special mass this morning. We were delighted to have welcomed the Daughters of Charity to celebrate mass with us, as without their good work all those years ago, there would be no school! The mass was a celebration of our community as it is today and listening to the children reading in their home languages, proud and with dignity, was quite special. This afternoon, we were treated to food from around the world. Many of our very generous parents prepared traditional food from their own cultures to share with us all. The school hall was packed with families tasting and enjoying, and then finishing up with a picnic on the pitch. It was truly a day to remember!
