Before Easter, UKS2 were learning about showing respect for others in practical ways. This included a body of work looking at how Jesus treated different groups in society and reflecting on their own experiences today. After researching a variety of different charities, the pupils decided to raise money for Scope – the disability charity. They were given the option to raise money in any way they liked over the Easter holidays and we are very proud to have now donated £277. The children received a lovely thank you from Noa at Scope calling the children ‘disability gamechangers’ which they were so proud to hear. Well done to all involved!
