We want to direct you to some resources you may find useful to support your children’s mental health and wellbeing during this time. You may have noticed some challenging behaviours, a difference in their self-esteem and not showing as much motivation so please look below to see if you can receive some support.

Barnet Integrated Clinical Service (BICS; CYP and families mild to moderate mental health services) are offering a series of free wellbeing workshops for children/young people, parents/carers which will be delivered online.
